Founded by John Shamshoian in 1991, Realty Concepts is a real estate brokerage with offices in Fresno, Clovis, and Oakhurst.  Over the years, Realty Concepts has expanded to serve the Central Valley successfully, while maintaining our integrity and close-knit family atmosphere. Our agents are local experts, with deep ties in their communities and a dedication to meeting each of their clients’ needs.

About Alyssa Bandoni

Representing Central Valley homeowners and future homeowners; Alyssa is committed to listening and anticipating her clients’ needs while using her keen negotiating skills to ensure a successful and smooth transaction. Raised in the Clovis/Fresno are, Alyssa understands the many benefits of living in the Central Valley. She enjoys the range of weather, culture, and diversity. Alyssa, a graduate form the American Academy of Dramatic Arts West. She was able to apply her education in performing arts when she performed in professional theater for several years across the nation, before she returned to the Central Valley to excel in the Construction industry. As VP with Bandoni & Sons Construction for over ten years. She parlayed her experience with housing and construction into her Real Estate career while her three sons were approaching their elementary school years. In the past three years, Alyssa has earned her reputation as a respected realtor, highly regarded by her clients and colleagues alike. As a Clovis resident, she is well-connected and actively involved in the community. As a former Miss Clovis titleholder representing her community she breathed life back into the Miss Clovis Scholarship program as the Executive Director for nine years. Her contacts and life-long residency leverage her enthusiasm and expertise, enhancing her dedication to her clients. Alyssa showcases her homes on her website and utilizes a team of professional service providers to assist with her clients’ buying and selling needs; including stagers, painters, designers, handymen, and inspectors. She is a thoughtful communicator, thorough, and detail-oriented — and she will be alongside her clients every step of their way.
